Horseradish Caesar Recipe - Roots and Wings Renegade Vodka

Did you know that May 16th is National Caesar Day? We decided to create a horseradish vodka caesar for the special occasion. The big player in this recipe is Roots and Wings Renegade Vodka from Langley, B.C.

Renegade is Roots and Wings Distillery’s unique and bold horseradish-infused vodka. This spirit is crafted in small batches with horseradish (sourced from a Fraser Valley farm) steeped in their Vital Vodka, which is made from their homegrown potatoes and corn. This horseradish vodka is ideal for the savoury cocktail enthusiast and a great base for a spicy Caesar, Bloody Mary, Horseradish Sour or Dirty Martini garnished with smoked olives!
